How To Balance The Kids & Your MLM Business But Still Enjoy The Summer

Wouldn't you love a way to make sure that the summer vacation for your kids actually didn't affect your MLM business?

I know for most people who are working a full time job, the summer can be GREAT way to spend more quality time with your kids and for others it can be a stressful time for others because not only do they have to balance their jobs but now their children who'll be home eagerly wanting to do new things plus try to manage your MLM business.

Believe me when I say that I totally understand what you're going through. What most of us do is schedule our vacations in the summer when the kids are out of school then guess what, you're probably also putting your business on the backburner too.

Depending on what type of business you're in you probably can incorporate the kids with. When I was working in a product based company, I'd have my children put together different samples and books, drop those off to my customers quickly then we'd go about our day having fun. I made sure my business activities didn't take too much time away from their summer because think about it, you only get 18 summers with your children and then their off to college.

Find ways to be persistent in your business life because the children being off for the summer shouldn't be your excuse for not being able to work your business, they should be the reason you WORK HARD at your business.

This year my husband and I added a cool travel club just so we can enjoy different experiences with our kids because we didn't get this lesson right away when we first got involved with network marketing. We thought that more time on our business than enjoying the summer with our kids was the way to go and a couple of summers past and our children were just getting older. Make sure you're in a MLM company that works for you and your family, which I covered previously if you'd like to read that article click here

Summer is still upon us and there's PLENTY of time to still enjoy those precious memories with your children!!!

  2. Hi Lynette. You are correct, we should not use vacations as an excuse! Thank you for sharing this information.

  3. Great advice. Something we should all take note of as it is easy to get caught up in focusing solely on your business and not enough time on your family.
